Challenges:
The extractivist model has degraded the environment and displaced communities, especially indigenous women, worsening malnutrition and food insecurity.
Opportunities:
Community organization and indigenous practices have preserved key ecosystems. Working with youth and women is essential for the sustainable management of natural resources.

To promote agroecological systems and community management of resources, ensuring food sovereignty and strengthening the right to self-determination with gender equity.
